Mission:
BaySpine Medical Associates was established to provide comprehensive care of the spine for the San Francisco Bay Area. Each clinician has dedicated their career to the diagnosis and treatment of low back and neck pain related to disc herniation, stenosis, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis and other spinal disorders. Our team of clinicians consists of physicians and allied health professionals who specialize in the non-operative and operative treatment of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

Location and Services:
Our practice is conveniently at the Richmond Parkway off Interstate 80.

We provide comprehensive, convenient and efficient service to our patients with prompt reporting to the referral source. In addition to consultation, we provide in-house physical therapy, fluoroscopic diagnostic and interventional injections (Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections, facet blocks,etc.) in-house surgery center and EMG testing to provide maximum convenience for our patients and improved coordination of care. We also provide Functional Capacity Evaluations and Pain Management Services.

We have extensive experience in managing Worker's Compensation cases and strive to maintain excellent communication with claims adjusters, attorneys and all interested parties. We are participating providers for Medicare and accept most PPO's and private insurance. We accept selected personal injury cases upon attorney referral. We can provide second opinions and Independent Medical Evaluations.

The ultimate goal of BaySpine is to provide state of the art spine care for our patients with the objective of reducing pain and improving function in order to help them return as rapidly as possible to a functional role in society.
